Shipping policy

At RediTape, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and affordably.

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may ship the following business day.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. Any delays will be communicated by email.

 

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states using trusted national carriers including USPS and UPS.

Standard Shipping 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days
Express Shipping (available at checkout) 1–2 business days

Delivery estimates begin once your order is shipped — not when it is placed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Package size

  • Delivery destination

  • Selected shipping speed

Any available promotions or shipping discounts will be clearly displayed during checkout.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours of shipment confirmation.

  • For questions about a shipment’s status, contact our support team using the details below.

 

International Shipping

At this time, RediTape ships within the United States only.

International shipping options may be added in the future — stay tuned!

 

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

RediTape is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before shipment.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is in the possession of the carrier:

  • RediTape is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues or weather events.

  • If a package is marked as “Delivered” but not received, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

 

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may incur reshipment fees.

  • Refunds on returned shipments may be subject to original shipping costs.
